Profile
My professional background combines technical depth with commercial and entrepreneurial responsibility. After roles in engineering, project management and international key-account management, I moved into leadership positions in Germany and China, became managing director of an industrial company and most recently led an independent global business unit within the HOERBIGER Group.
My responsibilities have centered on strategy, organization, earnings and P&L ownership, restructuring, business development, process optimization, product development, international production and the leadership of global organizations.
